Building Self-Trust: The Key to Unleashing Your Potential... and a change at PHLCo!
Hey my friend happy new month! Time falls back an hour this Sunday .. that means more sleep and most importantly... MORE sunshine! Which is great for our mental health in general. I want to thank you my dear friend for reading my blogs.. and for those of you that have been here since Justalittlebit of Jazz.. from the bottom of my heart.. thank you so much for walking with me as my company and I grew!
So what's the change?!?! I am moving my website to a new host, a bunch of nerdy SEO stuff that I don't wanna talk about.. because I will go to sleep. I am also moving to more online coaching and training so we gotta make room for that! So blogs may be hit in miss as we make the move!
And if you are interested in any of the programs let me know, I would love to work with you one on one!

So, today let's also chat about self trust. You know, that feeling when you look in the mirror and think, "Yeah, I got this!" It's pretty rad, right? But sometimes, that voice gets replaced by a gremlin whispering doubts in your ear. Don't worry, it happens to the best of us.
The thing is, self-trust isn't about being perfect or never messing up. It's about knowing, deep down, that you've got the skills and the grit to navigate life's ups and downs. It's trusting your gut, even when it's gurgling a little nervously.
So, how do we cultivate this self trust and confidence? Here are a few tips, no pressure:
1. Acknowledge Your Doubts (But Don't Let Them Rule You): We all have doubts, it's normal. Instead of shoving them down, acknowledge them like a buddy who showed up uninvited. Thank them for their concern (they probably just want to keep you safe), but politely remind them who's in charge – you.
2. Celebrate Your Wins, Big and Small: Did you finally master that tricky yoga pose? Or maybe you just showed up for that meeting you didn't feel like going to? Pat yourself on the back – you deserve it! Recognizing your achievements, no matter how little, fuels the fire of self-trust.
3. Learn from Your Mistakes (But Don't Dwell on Them): We all screw up sometimes. It's part of being human. Instead of beating yourself up, view mistakes as learning opportunities. What can you take away from the experience to do better next time?
4. Surround Yourself with Positive People: It's true, we are the company we keep. Having supportive friends and family who believe in you can do wonders for your self-confidence. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, not pull you down.
5. Stop Comparing Yourself to Others: This is a recipe for self-doubt disaster. Everyone is on their own unique journey, at their own pace. Comparing your chapter 10 to someone else's chapter 20 is pointless and unfair. Focus on your own growth and progress, not someone else's highlight reel.
6. Embrace the Journey: Life is full of twists and turns. Don't get so fixated on the destination that you miss the beauty of the journey. Trust that you can handle whatever comes your way, and enjoy the ride.
Remember, self-trust is a journey, not a destination. It takes time and practice, but it's totally worth it. So, be patient with yourself, celebrate your victories, learn from your stumbles, and trust that you've got this. You've got this, my friend. Now go out there and rock your unique awesomeness!
And I will see you soon on our new and improved website!
Much love!
Jazz
